IoT Impact Workshop | Digital Revolution and ‘ME’ Through IoT

Looking through the Co-design lens:
Reframing how partnerships and co-design lead to better value healthcare

This interactive 2hr session will introduce participants to using Experience Based Co-design (EBCD) to reframe and look at the problems we face differently. It will be a relevant session for industry, health care professionals, learned colleagues, academia and consumers.

It is no longer enough to build technology and hope it will be used in the right way. Co-designing together will enable the design of sustainable business models, adoption of technology & new models of care for consumers, carers and clinicians. We will bring together diverse perspectives across industry, health care professionals, academia and the community. The workshop will introduce you to using Experience Based Codesign (EBCD) to reframe and look at the problems we face within health differently together. Attend this workshop and be part of a springboard that create real world models of person centred, technology enabled healthcare through private/public collaboration and partnerships with clinicians, health systems, consumers and carers.

Don’t miss this interactive workshop if you have a genuine interest in propelling IoT in Healthcare.

Participants will:

  • Develop an introductory understanding of the EBCD approach to innovation in health
  • Collaboratively reframe and reimagine the way the healthcare sector can operate in the future
  • Use tools and models that build empathy and create a better understanding of everyone’s needs
  • Enjoy a facilitated workshop environment that fosters creativity, exploration and collaboration, combining diversity of expertise
  • Make new connections and partnerships, enable the momentum to continue

At the end of the session participants will be armed with key principles, case studies and had the opportunity to apply.

IOTAA will continue to support participants in the use of EBCD every day and the partnerships built. We will be asking participants  to help us shape and define working parties – to maintain and build upon the energy and mindset created on the day.
